Binders for foundry industry

Since 2009 "Khimlex" company has produced binders for foundry industry «Lexelit» for CO2 and for cold hardening resin binders process
The aim of the production is to replace foreign-made products. Our products have been successfully testified at a few domestic enterprises in the foundry industry.
It is supplied to LLC «NPP Technology», JSC «Azovelectrostal», LLC«Polihim», JSC «Stal» etc.

Before use, the resin should be thoroughly mixed, at an elevated temperature (during the hot season), it should be cooled to a temperature of + 25°C, and when it enters the frozen state, it should be kept in a warm room until it reaches a temperature of +25°C. Forced warm-up is not allowed.
