Since 2009 "Khimlex" company has produced binders for foundry industry «Lexelit» for CO2 and for cold hardening resin binders process
The aim of the production is to replace foreign-made products. Our products have been successfully testified at a few domestic enterprises in the foundry industry.

Binder Lekselite - CO2, intended for use in foundries during the manufacture of cold-hardening molding mixtures, cured by carbon dioxide.

Bonding Lekselite - CO2, represents an aqueous solution of potassium polyphenolate, with the addition of a silicone-type modifier.

When using binder Lekselite-CO2 on a production site with a temperature above the regulated one, it is recommended to reduce it to a temperature of 20-25°C before use.

When using binder Lekselite-CO2 at a temperature below 0°C, it must be kept at room temperature for 1-2 days before reaching the temperature of 20-25°C. To accelerate the process, the product can be heated to a temperature of 20-25°C. The temperature of the coolant should not exceed +50°C. After reheating, the product should not be stored for more than 1 hour at elevated temperature to avoid build-up of viscosity.
